In Masivo campaigns are the distribution channel of rewards. When a customer action or event matches the campaigns’ rules, the customer automatically receive the reward.
Customers can receive rewards from multiple campaigns at the same time if they meet the rules of each campaign.
Customers won’t receive rewards if they are not part of the tier that is configured in the campaign.
A campaign can contain multiple rules and each rule can reward the customer with a different reward.
If some rule contain multiple conditions, the customer must meet all AND conditions to receive the reward.
If some rule contain multiple conditions, the customer must meet at least one OR condition to receive the reward.
AND & OR conditions can be combined in the same rule. Therefore, the customer must meet all AND conditions and at least one OR condition to receive the reward.
Each campaign type comes with its own mechanism to accumulate rewards. For example, behavior campaigns accumulate rewards based on customer events, while coupons campaigns accumulate rewards when a coupon code is redeemed.
