Prerequisites

Before setting up the Braze integration, ensure you have:

Getting Your Braze Credentials

1. API Key

1

Access Braze Dashboard

Log in to your Braze dashboard and navigate to the API Keys section
2

Create API Key

Generate a new REST API key with the following permissions: - Users Track - Users Delete - Users Export
3

Copy Key

Save the API key securely - you’ll need it for the integration

2. REST Endpoint

Your Braze REST endpoint depends on your Braze instance:

US-01

https://sdk.iad-01.braze.com

US-02

https://sdk.iad-02.braze.com

US-03

https://sdk.iad-03.braze.com

US-04

https://sdk.iad-04.braze.com

US-06

https://sdk.iad-06.braze.com

EU-01

https://sdk.fra-01.braze.com
Make sure to use the correct endpoint for your Braze instance. Using the wrong endpoint will cause integration failures.
