Marketing automation in Masivo

Marketing automation allows you to create automated workflows that send messages to customers based on their behavior and predefined conditions. Instead of manually sending communications, you set up rules that trigger actions automatically. To access marketing automation features, navigate to the Marketing Automation section in the dashboard. You can find it in the left sidebar.

How marketing automation works

Marketing automation in Masivo consists of four main components: Audiences, Journeys, Push notifications, Emails and Links. These work together to create automated customer communication flows.

Audiences

Audiences are dynamic groups of customers that update automatically based on customer behavior and attributes

Links

Links are trackable URLs that you can use in your automated communications to measure engagement and drive specific actions.

Push notifications

Templates define the content structure for your automated messages.

Emails

Templates define the content structure for your automated messages.

Journeys

Journeys are automated workflows that define what happens when specific events occur.

Next steps

Once your marketing automation campaigns are running, you can measure their performance:
  • View real-time analytics: Navigate to the Analytics section to monitor delivery rates, opens, clicks, and conversions across all your campaigns
  • Export data for analysis: Export analytics tables to CSV to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and create custom reports
