Campaigns
Learn what campaigns are and how they can help you create a successful loyalty program.
Campaigns are how you distribute rewards to your customers. They also allow you to track your spending on rewards and determine the scenarios in which a customer is eligible to receive them.
Some examples of campaigns are:
- Double points on purchases made on Tuesdays.
- 2x1 on all products in the store.
- Gold tier customers get a 10% discount on their next purchase.
To learn how to create a campaign, see our Launch a campaign guide.

Behavior
Behavior campaigns are campaigns that are triggered by a customer event. For example, a purchase, filling out a survey, or signing up to your platform.
You can send any event you would like. Masivo will track the event and apply the rules you set to distribute the rewards. Only matching events will trigger the campaign.
Coupons
Coupons campaigns are campaigns that are triggered by a customer redeeming a coupon code. You can create a coupon codes and set the rules for it to be redeemed. When a customer redeems the coupon, the campaign will be triggered and the rewards will be accumulated in the customer’s wallet.
