Wallets are where your customers’ rewards are stored, with each reward tracked separately as a wallet line. Each wallet line has its own expiration date, and the wallet shows the sum of all wallet lines of the same type.

One important consideration is that only non-expired wallet lines are included in the total. For example, if you have 10 points that expire in 30 days and 5 points that expire in 60 days, the total will be 15 points initially. After 30 days, the total will be 5 points.
