Stores are the physical locations where you sell your goods and services to customers. You can synchronize your e-commerce stores with Masivo to create advanced filtering rules. For example, you can set up a campaign that rewards customers who make a purchase at a specific store.

Store data

Masivo keeps a small fixed set of store fields: ID, name, address, brand, and status. Everything else that describes a store belongs in its metadata, a JSON object edited under Advanced in the store form. Use it for the attributes your operation needs, for example:
Metadata is stored as-is and is available in the store record. The region key has a special role: ticket and review analytics, the tickets board, the ticket export, and region notification rules group stores by it. Other keys are not used as analytics filters.

Responsible people

Assigned people in the store form lists the account members responsible for the store, for example the store manager and the area manager. Assigned people:
  • see and work the tickets and reviews of that store even without the ADMIN role;
  • appear in the Area manager filter of the tickets board and analytics;
  • can be notified by notification rules (“Store assignees”), both for their tickets and for their region;
  • are available in ticket journeys as {{store.assignees}} and {{store.assignee_emails}}.
Masivo does not have fixed roles such as local manager, area manager, or channel manager. When people need different permissions or need to be addressed as a group, combine assigned people with Teams and roles: for example, a Customer care team that receives every notification rule, or a custom role that can only read tickets.
